I need a recipe for a birthday cake for a diabetic? - diabetic birthday cake recipe

Angel Food Cake is a good cake for diabetics. You can serve with whipped cream, no sugar. I also have a dessert recipe that can substitute for a cake.

Diabetic Banana Split Dessert (This recipe will be enjoyed by all.)
. Ingredients:
• 2 C biscuit crumbs
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 / 3 cup Splenda
• 1 4-serving size pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
• 5 Bananas
• 1 20-ounce unsweetened pineapple juice in syrup, drained
• 1 to 8 ounces of frozen desserts with light whipped cream topping
Chopped walnuts • 1 / 2 C.


Method:
Melt the butter in a 13x9 inch cake. Add cracker crumbs and Splenda. Mix, Presser even layer and cook for 5 minutes and allow an oven to 300 degrees and cool. Cooled pudding mix according to package directions and spread of the cookie crust. Slice bananas and pudding in the last quit. Cover bananas with drained pineapple. Spread Cool Whip and sprinkle top with walnuts.

Use Splenda in your recipe box that says how to replace one of your favorite recipes.

I've been 11 years, only a birthday celebration with diabetes. I use Splenda baking. Not a single child or an adult in the party did not even notice the difference. Everyone said it was delicious!
